Reviewing & Moderating
As submissions come in, you decide which ones become nominees on your ballot. All review happens on the Nominations tab of your vote page.
The submissions list
Open your vote page and go to Nominations → Nominations. Every submission appears here as a card showing the nominee’s photo, name, and category.
Use the Filter Nominations card to narrow the list:
- Search by name.
- Filter by category (or All Categories).
- Click Apply.
Submissions are paginated, so page through if you have many.
Reviewing a submission
Each submission card has three actions:
- Accept (green check) - adds the nominee to your ballot immediately. If voting is open, it becomes votable right away.
- Decline (red cross) - rejects the submission. You will be asked to confirm, since this cannot be undone.
- View Details (eye) - opens the full submission, including the photo, category, and any extra fields the nominator filled in, so you can check it before deciding.
Tips for clean nominations
[!TIP] Review nominations before you open voting. The usual flow is: open nominations, approve the good ones, close nominations, then open voting. Opening voting turns nominations off automatically.
[!TIP] Accepted nominees are ordinary nominees from then on. You can rename them, add details or a better photo, reorder them, or remove them on the Manage tab. See Adding Categories & Nominees.
